Reliability Analysis: Conduct reliability analysis and assessments to identify potential failure modes and their impacts. Use reliability modeling tools and techniques to predict system performance and reliability.
Failure Analysis: Investigate and analyze system failures and performance issues. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address root causes.
Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance strategies and plans to ensure system reliability and performance. This includes predictive and preventive maintenance activities.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and reliability metrics. Use data analysis and statistical methods to track trends and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure that reliability requirements are integrated into the product development lifecycle. Provide reliability input during the design phase.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation related to reliability analyses, maintenance plans, failure investigations, and performance metrics.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance system reliability and performance. Implement best practices and lessons learned from past experiences.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reliability engineering role or related field. Experience in Facility Maintenance is a plus.
Skills:
Proficiency in reliability modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Weibull analysis, Reliability Block Diagram, FMEA, fault tree analysis).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Experience with reliability software tools and databases.
Knowledge of maintenance strategies and methodologies (e.g., TPM, RCM).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Certifications: The Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional Certification (CMRP) is Mandatory. The Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) is a plus.
