Registered Nurse

Description:

Madinah Al Munawwarah. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, support physicians, and ensure patients' well-being by following medical procedures and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other nursing procedures.

• Monitor and record patient conditions, vital signs, and progress.

• Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations.

• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication, and post-care instructions.

• Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

• Maintain accurate medical records and update patient information in the system.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure proper patient care and treatment.

• Follow infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean and sterile environment.

• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.

• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated with best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.

• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license or eligibility for registration.

• At least 1-3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting.

• Strong knowledge of medical procedures, patient care, and safety regulations.

• Proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred).

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to handle stressful situations.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
