Registered Nurse

Description:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and vital signs monitoring.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care plans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Administer medications, including oral and intravenous ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Monitor and document patient responses to medications and treatments.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding their health conditions and self-care strategies.
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment to prevent the spread of infections.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and comprehensively in the electronic medical record.

Qualifications:

• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) License is essential.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a relevant clinical setting.
• Experience in working in a variety of surgical and medical settings is preferred to ensure flexibility in the working environment.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, medication administration, patient education, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in the Arabic language is a strong asset.
