Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the company’s cybersecurity business applications within the Saudi market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on key industries and sectors.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing customized cybersecurity solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their cybersecurity needs, address any challenges, and provide product and service updates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Channel Partner Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with strong channel partners in the region
- Conduct regular meetings with them to position our products to their customers
- Act as the primary point of contact for the channel partners and co-ordination and reporting to central team.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging cybersecurity threats in Saudi Arabia.
- Analyze competitor offerings and adjust sales strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Identify opportunities for product and service innovation based on customer feedback and market needs.
- Product Knowledge and Solution Selling:
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s cybersecurity products and services, including technical features and business benefits.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and present tailored cybersecurity solutions that align with client requirements.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing how the company’s offerings can address their cybersecurity challenges.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports, providing insights into sales performance, pipeline status, and potential revenue opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-ups.
- Report on sales activities, key metrics, and achievements to senior management, highlighting both successes and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, Channel Partners, delivery, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer needs and preferences, helping to shape product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- Support junior sales team members by sharing best practices and providing mentorship as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for experience in the cybersecurity or technology sectors.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions, such as network security, endpoint protection, data loss prevention, and threat intelligence.
- Understanding of the Saudi Arabian cybersecurity landscape, including key regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Base Location: Riyadh, KSA
Preferred Skills:
- Established relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers in the Saudi technology sector.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales pipeline management.
- Knowledge of local cybersecurity challenges and trends, with the ability to position solutions that address specific customer pain points.
