Are you a dedicated sales professional with a passion for renewable energy solutions? We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Engineer to drive our Solar PV product sales in the western region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement regional sales strategies in line with company goals to promote growth in the solar energy sector.
- Business Development: Identify and establish connections with new clients, partners, and distributors in the solar PV industry to foster sustainable business relationships.
- Client Engagement: Maintain key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct analyses of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and uncover new opportunities.
- Sales Achievement: Actively pursue sales goals, consistently meeting or surpassing targets.
- Reporting: Compile and present sales reports and forecasts to management to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in the solar PV products industry. Both Off Grid, On Grid, Street Lights and Solar Water Pumping.
- Knowledge of the solar market with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Arabic Language ( reading, Writing and Fluency ) is a must.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field is preferred. SEC certification will be a plus.
