Regional Operations Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operational success of multiple rental locations within the Eastern region, ensuring alignment with company policies and service standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly within the Corporate sector, to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
• Develop strategies to enhance Lease and Spot business offerings, tailored to Corporate client needs.
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Analyse and report on operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize productivity.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, particularly in the rental car industry, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Established network of individual and corporate customers, with a strong understanding of the Eastern region market.
• Strong Background in the Car rental industry with strong Corporate Customer Relations.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing multi-location teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, particularly in lease and sports rentals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Knowledge of local regulations and market trends
