Regional Operations Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Regional Operations Manager** to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam, responsible for overseeing the operational success of multiple rental locations within the Eastern region. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency, ensure consistent implementation of company policies, and lead a motivated team to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies to improve service quality and operational effectiveness

- Oversee daily operations across multiple car rental locations

- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures

- Manage and lead a diverse team of staff to achieve operational goals

- Ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes at all locations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Operations Management and Leadership

- Background in the Car rental industry with strong Corporate Customer Relations.

- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

- Fluency in Arabic and English

- Knowledge of local regulations and market trends
