Description:

Main Responsibilities:

Handling full-life cycle recruiting and hiring.

Develop strong relationships with candidates.

Evaluate job applicants and make recommendations for the hiring.

Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.

Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.

Compiling lists of the most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Update and maintain recruitment reports.

Qualifications

Experience in outsourcing company.

Fluent in English

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field

4–6 years of experience in recruitment.

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
