Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Officer located in Jubail. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, identifying suitable candidates, conducting interviews and assessments, preparing offers, and onboarding new hires. The Recruitment Officer will also maintain accurate records of all recruitment activity and collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment or human resources
  • Experience using recruitment software and tools
  • Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
