Urgent need for well-known hospital in KSA/ Jeddah for the following position:
Position Title: Recruitment Manager
Department: Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various healthcare positions.
Utilize data-driven approaches to identify recruitment trends and improve hiring processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and hiring.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates and foster long-term relationships with passive candidates.
Candidate Screening and Selection:
Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and perform in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
Facilitate the selection process, including reference checks, background checks, and offer negotiations.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Provide training and support to hiring managers on recruitment processes and best practices.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and hiring metrics.
Generate reports on recruitment activities, performance metrics, and outcomes for senior management.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in the healthcare industry.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of healthcare roles, including clinical and non-clinical positions.
Certifications:
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification is a plus.
