Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk activities.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate appointment calendars.
  • Assist with patient registration and intake processes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
  • Provide information to patients and visitors about our services and programs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the reception area.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of Experiences in customer service.
  • English proficiency is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to customer service.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
