Description:
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Riyadh. Please note that this is a one year contract with the posibility of extension.
As a Receptionist You Will
- Meeting Room Coordination: Organize and maintain schedules for meeting rooms to ensure seamless operations.
- Visitor Access Management: Oversee gate access for company visitors, ensuring security and compliance.
- Travel and Accommodation:
- Coordinate employee flight bookings in collaboration with the travel agency.
- Arrange hotel reservations for employees and ensure bookings meet company standards.
- Renew corporate hotel agreements to maintain favorable terms.
- Logistics Management: Handle the receipt and dispatch of office packages through courier services (e.g., UPS, DHL).
- Access Requests: Process and issue employee access requests for customer sites.
- Team Support: Provide assistance to the team and act as a liaison with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
- Supervisory Duties: Direct and oversee the activities of office support staff, including office boys and drivers.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure timely maintenance of office infrastructure, including electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, and network systems.
- Documentation: Issue Letters of Intent (LOI) and other administrative documents as required.
- Procurement and Supplies:
- Manage procurement of office supplies, including stationery, printing materials, and canteen items.
- Ensure inventory levels are maintained to support office operations.
- Business Card Printing: Facilitate the design and printing of employee business cards.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Receptionist, office administration or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of front desk, receptionist procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities and telephone manner.
