Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees promptly and courteously.
- Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Maintain a log of all visitors and ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Guide visitors to the appropriate locations or personnel.
- Scheduling and Appointments:
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Notify staff of visitor arrivals and appointment reminders.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Maintain and organize the reception area to ensure a neat and welcoming environment.
- Maintain accurate records for visitors, deliveries, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist in filing and retrieving documents as needed.
- Distribute internal communications and announcements.
- Provide basic information about the organization and its services to visitors and callers.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Office Management or Customer Service are a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
- Language: Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
