Quality Manager

### *Duties and Responsibilities:*

- *Monitor Product Quality:* Ensure that all beverages and food items served meet the shop’s quality standards.

- *Ensure Cleanliness and Hygiene:* Oversee the application of health and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.

- *Train Employees:* Provide continuous training for staff on quality standards, improving their skills in product preparation and customer service.

- *Measure Customer Satisfaction:* Collect and evaluate customer feedback to enhance services and products.

- *Manage Inventory:* Monitor the quality of raw materials and ensure compliance with expiration dates and proper storage conditions.

- *Improve Operations:* Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and maintain high-quality output.

- *Ensure Legal Compliance:* Ensure the coffee shop complies with all local health and quality regulations.

### *Requirements:*

- Previous experience in quality management, preferably within the food and beverage sector.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and guide teams.

- Solid knowledge of health and food safety standards.

- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
