Quality Control Manager

Description:

1.Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.

2.Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.

3.Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.

4.Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

5.Train and develop QC staff to maintain high standards of quality.

6.Maintain detailed records of quality control activities and results.

7.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve quality and efficiency.

8.Prepare and present quality reports to management.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

2.Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the pressure vessel and piping industry.

3.Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards.

4.Proficiency in quality control software and Microsoft Office Suite.

5.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

6.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

7.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

8.Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus
