Role Description

It is a senior amnagement role. As a QHSE Lead (Marine Offshore Experienced), you will be responsible for managing and eliminating safety risks related to Naghi Marine’s offshore operations. The role entails site visits and inspections, reviewing internal and external safety policies and procedures, and developing and implementing an effective QHSE management program that adheres to relevant international standards and best practices. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, safety science, or a related field

At least 15 years of experience in QHSE management in a marine or offshore environment

Demonstrated expertise in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, SOLAS and ISM Code compliance and implementation

Excellent knowledge of safety management systems, incident investigation, and risk assessment techniques

A problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
