Qc Painting And Coating Inspector

Description:

• Ensure understanding of the project specification.
• Responsible for performing quality activities in accordance with quality management system established.
• Carry out inspections on discipline responsible to determine whether work performed conforms to quality requirements and recording its results.
• Review the related inspection reports where inspection results are recorded.
• Control INCRs to be closed out within the due date and supporting to prepare corrective action plan properly.
• Performing and coordinating inspections with client.
• Control quality violations through regular toolbox talk with the construction team.
• Coordinate with other discipline QC inspectors, construction team, client’s representative and sub-contractors on technical issues.
• Inspect incoming material deliveries by confirming specifications and compliance with approved submittals.
• Ensure that all inspection instruments are in good working order with valid calibration.
• Monitor weather conditions before start and during surface preparation activity and paint application.
