The QA/QC Manager Lead in the development of strategies and processes of QA/QC dept. by implementing policies, procedures, regulations of quality control work and supervisory techniques to ensure that work is executed within specific methods, project quality plan guidelines and procedures that can assure high quality of services and products, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement of products, improvement of processes and services.
Job Responsibilities 1
- QA/QC plan and supervises all amendments and revisions in order to meet the project quality requirements and client’s expectations.
- project quality objectives in line with IMS corporate objectives and ensure to monitor submittals of QA/QC reports.
- and implements a control system for suppliers and subcontractors.
- to all required/related meetings and arranges all project Quality requirements with the project owner/consultant and project management team.
- the project QA/QC plan and supervise all amendments and revisions in order to meet the project quality requirements and client’s expectations.
- to prepare the project QA/ QC plan in the within 30 days from the start of contract and get it approved from the consultant.
Other Responsibilities Include
- to review third party testing lab prequalification document and conduct concrete tests as per the approved testing matrix.
- all documents and report for the ongoing projects and during the closeout stage.
- to review all technical documents for the projects such as method statements, material submittals, shop drawings; technical submittals etc. accurately to ensure more than 80% are approved during first submission.
- that project closeout procedure is followed and establishment of closeout team and checklist for responsibilities before 6month of the project closeout and arranging weekly closeout meetings thereafter to monitor the process for smooth closeout.
- and verify QA/QC staff performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques
- to monitor QA/ QC staff work schedule and work performance on a daily, weekly or monthly basis or on a need basis.
