Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Property Specialist
- Previous experience in the food & beverage industry is Preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of property management software is a plus
- Excellent command of the English language
