 Responsibilities
Responsible for assigned scheduling functions. Direct interface with management, and project teams as necessary for schedule monitoring, analysis and reporting. Liaises with PMO’s Regional Delivery teams, Sectors and Proponents to deliver and support the wider NEOM Integrated Schedule and Plans. Identification of key Interfaces including give-gets between project schedules. Generate, maintain, and report on the Projects Level 0 and Level 1 Master Schedules based on PMC and NEOM management inputs. Expedite and consolidate monthly, weekly and ad-hoc reporting data from Regional Project Teams. Contribute to Long Range and strategic Planning activities for NEOM Projects including major commodity demand forecasting and Manpower requirements. P6 administration for NEOM global databases.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 5-10 years of project controls experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Capital Construction Project planning/scheduling position in a large company. Experience in KSA / GCC region (Highly recommended) bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management or Business Management. Intermediate level of proficiency in Excel. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Senior and Executive Management; Proficiency in English (Required). Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills. Team player with ability to work in a multinational and multi-dimensional organization. Excellent working knowledge of P6 and other planning software applications.
