Project Manager

Description:

We are seeking a Native English-speaking Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including 3-4 years in a project management role. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile experience and the ability to step into the role of Scrum Master when needed. This role requires extensive experience with Jira, project delivery, stakeholder management, budgeting, team management, and reporting. A PMP certification is mandatory, and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. • Serve as the Scrum Master when needed, facilitating Agile ceremonies and enabling the team to operate effectively within an Agile framework. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Leverage Jira for task management, tracking project progress, and reporting key metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications
• Experience: 10+ years of professional experience, with 3-4 years as a Project Manager, ideally in
technology or digital transformation projects. Banking experience is a must (Preferably KSA).
• Certification: PMP certification is mandatory; Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a
strong plus.
