Project Manager

Description:

A Construction Project Manager with Civil Engineering background is required, the ideal Candidate should be knowledgeable of Project Management elements and skills to lead those who will be in his team and envolved with in meeting the project goals, such as:

- Project Control (Planning & Scheduling).
- Costing & Budgeting.
- Contracts.
- Insurances.
- Technical and Design aspects
- Project life Cycle
- Manpower and Productivity Management
- Construction & Site Management.
- Procurment (Procurment & Engineering/Technical Cycle, Logistics, Supplier/Subcontractor Planning, Evaluation & Management).
- QS & Finance in form of Invoicing, Follow-Up, Prioritization and meeting invoices requirements.

The ideal Candidate Shall Have enough Experience with the above-mentioned Functions, thier tasks and how do they operate.

They should hold a Civil Engineering Degree with 15 - 25 years of experience including experience in Construction and Oil and Gas (Preferably Aramco) for green field Projects and Experience with Major Developers in Saudi Arabia/GCC/MENA Region, acting as PM for the Contractor Side.
