1. **Project Oversight:** Manage and oversee the MEP aspects of the industrial construction project, ensuring compliance with design specifications, local codes, and industry standards.

2. **Coordination:** Coordinate closely with architects, other engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall project plan.

3. **Quality Assurance:** Monitor and enforce quality control measures to ensure the installation of MEP systems meets the project's standards and requirements.

4. **Budget and Schedule Management:** Work to ensure MEP work adheres to the project budget and timeline. Identify and address any deviations promptly.

5. **Problem Solving:** Address and resolve any technical issues or challenges related to MEP systems during construction. Collaborate with the project team to find practical solutions.

6. **Compliance:** Ensure all MEP work complies with relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and building codes.

7. **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports. Keep records of inspections, tests, and approvals.

8. **Client Communication:** Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to clients and stakeholders. Provide timely and clear reports on MEP-related activities.

9. **Team Leadership:** Lead and manage a team of MEP professionals, including engineers and technicians, to achieve project goals effectively.

10. **Testing and Commissioning:** Oversee the testing and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure they function as designed and meet client expectations.

11. **Training and Handover:** Provide training to end-users on the operation and maintenance of MEP systems. Coordinate a smooth handover of MEP installations to the client.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 10 years of working experience;
2. Degree In Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical);
3. Previous experience on managing the construction of industrial or logistics projects in KSA preferably in Jeddah;
4. Ability to manage both Electrical and Mechanical;
