Project Manager

Description:

Responsibilities.

• Ensure the smooth coordination of field activities, including rough-in inspections and measurements, with contractors, customers, and stakeholders.
• Oversees strategic plan, monitoring and adapting as needed.
• Creates project plans, project charters and project schedules.
• Reports on project progress offer viable solutions and opportunities as they arise.
• Manages resources to make sure schedule is on track.
• Lead meetings and set expectations for the project team.
• Reporting on projects and portfolios & Maintain budget.
• Review design documents for accuracy and proposal compliance.
• Support estimating and sales efforts for new projects, Provide pre-bid inspections, project meetings, scope reviews, and site inspections.
• Ensure a smooth handover from Sales to Projects and then from Projects to Client.
• Escalate and resolve service affecting issues that arise promptly.
• Ensure the provisioning and administration is well controlled and delivered within agreed timescales.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering (preferably Mechanical)
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Saudi SCE Valid license.
• Min 10+ years of experience as a project manager.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
