Project Field Engineer (pfe) Manager

Description:

• Monitor the workplace for unsafe situations.
• Support to avoid delay on TQs, FCDs and Technical Submittals.
• In charge of PFE team to get involved on job site for knowledge sharing.
• Maintain safety awareness with the field staff and the contractors.
• Address contractors’ technical queries. Review technical submittals.
• Enforce, through Quality Assurance, the contractors’ Quality Control program.
• Facilitate the interfaces between contractors and government agencies and utilities.
• Review, for constructability, the contract design packages.
• Participate in bid evaluations.
• Conduct (3) Quality Control Audits on every contractor.
• Conduct weekly SMQE audits/site visits.
• Participate in progress meetings with contractors.
• Administrate independent material testing laboratory.
• Participate in Initial Acceptance proceedings.
• Responsible for Zero Rework in all contracts.
• Review and check As-builts. Monitor materials testing and reports. Review O&M manuals; recommended spare parts lists.
• Review DCN’s/SCN’s for accuracy and completeness.
• Mentor employees as requested and address issue PPEs as found by the Manager of Construction.
• Well known about procedure.
• Knowledge about Training
• Knowledge and improve innovation and technology, Unifier – BIM
• Ability to participate with team for solve technical study.
