Project Planning and Management: Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with various internal teams including engineering, sales, quality, supply chain, and production to ensure the successful completion of projects on time.
Documentation: Manage and track project documentation, like procedures, drawings, manuals, and project schedules.
Project Control: Monitoring project progress and costs. Addressing any issues that arise and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
Communication: Cooperate and communicate effectively with the client and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
Risk Management: Identify and manage the risks associated with the project execution.
Management of Change: Track and document all changes associated with the project and make sure they are reflected in all applicable documentation and bills of material and as required assist in getting revised purchase orders from clients for those changes.
Your Profile:
Engineering graduate, preferably mechanical engineering or similar.
0-2 years' experience in project management/engineering in manufacturing industry.
