Project Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:
Supervise the execution of real estate development projects, ensuring alignment with design plans and engineering standards.
Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow and project progress.
Prepare and monitor project schedules and provide regular progress reports.
Ensure adherence to budgets, quality standards, and project timelines.
Contribute to solving technical and engineering issues on-site.
Review and approve materials and technical specifications based on project
requirements.
Enforce safety and quality standards throughout all stages of the project.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate development projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in engineering and project management software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, or MS Project.
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and within a team.
Good knowledge of engineering codes and regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.
