Project Engineer

Description:

1. Supervision: Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring that work is carried out according to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of installers, providing guidance, support, and ensuring efficient workflow.

3. Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the main contractor, subcontractors, and our company. Ensure clear and effective communication among all parties.

4. Planning: Prepare material and manpower resource plans based on the project schedule.

5. Reporting: Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports detailing project progress, challenges, and resolutions. Maintain accurate records of site activities.

6. Financial Coordination: Collaborate with the finance department to manage project budgets, process invoices, and ensure timely payment to subcontractors.

7. Compliance: Ensure all on-site activities comply with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.

8. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

2. Proven experience in project management within the construction or fire protection industry.

3. Strong leadership and team management skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

7. Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certification in Project Management.

2. Experience with fire protection systems and drywall partition systems.
