Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university
• Minimum 25 years’ experience of leading major government and/or semi-government in international programs and projects.
• Experience of direct oversight of the following functions: engineering, project controls contracts, procurement, health, safety, security & environmental, risk management, financial management, quality assurance and quality control. Experience gained on large projects.
• Experience of implementing a zero-accident philosophy.
• A record of engagement with government entities / utility providers.
• Record of implementing continuous improvement on site and supporting capacity building / talent development in a construction environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience of working internationally (preference KSA experience).
• Record of engagement with a wide range of utility providers and wider commercial and public sector stakeholders.
