Project Control Manager

Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement project control processes for cost, schedule, and scope to meet project objectives.
Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project control measures are being followed.
Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, including work breakdown structures, critical path analysis, and milestones.
Perform cost forecasting, budget monitoring, and cost variance analysis.
Identify potential risks, develop risk mitigation plans, and monitor project risk exposure.
Provide regular project reports on progress, performance metrics, and financial status to senior management.
Assist in the development of cost estimates and resource allocation plans for projects.
Lead the project control team and ensure proper resource allocation for the department.
Support the negotiation and resolution of change orders, claims, and disputes.
Ensure that project control standards, policies, and procedures are in compliance with company standards.
