Description:

 Extensive experience in Revenue Assurance (RA) operations across industries like telecom and utilities (preferred).

 Understanding of key processes relevant to revenue assurance within utilities like connection management, service provisioning, billing, customer management, finance and accounting etc.

 Proven ability to lead RA operations teams.

 Familiarity with leading RA tools and working with large datasets.

 Experience conducting risk and control assessments, maturity assessments, and improving operational effectiveness of RA functions.

 Experience in Business Process Improvement throughout the Order to Cash lifecycle and working with cross functional teams to recommend and implement process changes
