Production Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Production: Ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality fabrication of tanks, vessels, steel structures, heat exchangers, and piping.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor production staff, ensuring safety and high performance.
Project Management: Monitor schedules, workflows, and resource allocation to meet client deadlines.
Quality Control: Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Continuous Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing techniques for process optimization.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on production status.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.

Required Skills & Experience:
10-15 years of production management experience in fabrication (tanks, vessels, steel structures, heat exchangers, piping).
Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards.
Proven ability to lead production teams and manage large-scale projects.
Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred).
Experience in a fabrication/manufacturing facility.
Familiarity with Saudi regulations is a plus.
Proficiency with production management software (ERP systems).
