Production Engineer

:Key Responsibilities

● Develop and implement production plans to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

● Supervise daily production operations and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.

● Plan and oversee the delivery of ready-mix concrete to project sites, ensuring timely and efficient dispatch.

● Manage and coordinate a team of drivers, operators, and laborers for smooth production and delivery operations.

● Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability.

● Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

● Conduct periodic inspections and troubleshoot production issues.

● Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian standards (SASO) and regulatory requirements.

● Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

● Prepare production reports and analyze data for continuous improvement.

● Efficiently utilize resources to minimize wastage and maximize productivity.

:Requirements

● Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial) or a Diploma in Engineering with relevant experience.

● Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ready-mix concrete production or a related industry.

● Strong knowledge of production planning, batching plant operations, and concrete mix designs.

● Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a must.

● Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

● Experience in logistics and delivery planning within the construction industry.

● Familiarity with industry software and ERP systems is a plus.
