Product Specialist

Responsibilities:

· Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products' features and benefits. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.

· Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer product-related inquiries, and provide solutions. Gather feedback to contribute to product improvement. Attend the surgical procedures with our surgeons and users offering the needed support.

· Collaboration: Work closely with the team to provide insights from customer interactions and contribute to product enhancements. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.

· Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and product documentation. Conduct training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders.

· Problem-Solving: Address and resolve sales-related issues, collaborating with technical support and other teams as necessary.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in scientific or medical background.

· Experience as a Product Specialist or in a similar role inside the surgical theatre.

· Proven ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Familiarity with the medical and surgical field is a plus.
