Requirements:
JOB DESCRIPTION (PRODUCT & SALES OFFICER)
Product Planning, liaison with Principals / Suppliers, negotiation and procurement of
products as per marketing needs in order to serve Dealers / Hypermarkets, projects
corporate companies and retail outlets.
Delegated to carry out the task with its efforts and skills for the development and
growth of product range and achievement of allotted targets- Sales & Collection.
Plan, procure & retain maximum displays in hypermarkets / dealer outlets for each
product category.
Manage and ensure the display of only moving products in Hypermarkets, dealers &
evaluate sales on regular basis.
Monitoring & controlling inventory at approved ideal stock levels.
Develop and maintain relations with Principals for development and maintaining
business volume.
Maintenance of records pertaining to purchases and shipments.
Responsible for coordination with Principals / suppliers, shipping agents, finance and
logistics team to ensure confirmed orders are reaching the warehouse within the
shortest possible time.
Ensure sufficient stock of all fast-moving product ranges.
Accountable for all purchases made and ensuring liquidation of stock within the
specified period. Ensure the slow-moving stocks are liquidated at the earliest by getting
maximum price, promotion support and in coordination with the sales team.
Always maintaining all stocks within required & permissible level and ensure each
Product Gross Profit as budgeted for each year.
Strengthen Dealer- Distributor bond by regular market visit in association with
respective KAMs (Key account managers).
Minimize Sales returns from hypermarkets, dealers by effectively managing the last
piece to be sold.
Implement correct prices in all hypermarkets & retail showrooms to avoid any price
discrepancies.
Maintain regular collection data for all the parties being handled for collection by sales
team.
Keep the retail outlets, dealers, and Hyper channel updated on the status of order &
plan accordingly to avoid sales loss.
Follow up & manage 100% collection for all dealers/Hyper markets as agreed at the
beginning of the month.
Support to maintain all parameters within controllable limits as set by management.
Coordination within and with other Business Units / departments for day-to-day
functions.
Coordination with all KAMs to ensure product target achievement.
Implementation of product policy/ POPs/ Other Product related matters in coordination
with other KAMs.
Coordinate with the sales & marketing team and keep track on the performance /
demand of the products in the market and take corrective measures in liaison with the
principals / suppliers and service team.
Process compliance and documentation.
Participate in implementation of Quality Management System, sharing and replication
of knowledge management.
Working on the agreed KRAs and to show high level of competency. Participation
Salary : Upto SAR 9K + Benefits - Negotiable for right candidate
