Product Manager

Description:

TH Daniels Global Executive Search & Selection have partnered with a global Manufacturer of Industrial Water Treatment equipment to recruit a Product Manager - Water Instrumentation - Europe.

This is a key position within the business and will lead the entire Water Instrumentation product line. This is a remote role & can be based anywhere in Europe.

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

• Eligible to work in the EU without visa sponsorship
• Extensive experience within the Industrial Water treatment & Instrumentation
• Proven experience in a Product Management, Proposals, Order to Execution leadership role
• Experience leading a team of direct & indirect reports within a matrix organisation
• Holds a Mechanical Engineering or similarly related degree discipline. Additional MBA advantageous

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Manage the European P&L and product responsibility for the Instrumentation portfolio
• Leading technical, commercial & strategic direction of the product portfolio working cross-functionally with all key business functions
• Take a leading role in all Inquiry-to-Execution activities for the water instrumentation portfolio
• Work cross-functionally and take leadership of the product roadmap & strategy to deliver growth for the product portfolio
• Travel across Europe to support business line
• Leading an international team of direct & indirect reports with a direct reporting line to VP level.
