About the job
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to develop comprehensive insights on our products, customers, and market trends.
- Qualitative existing User feedback is gathered in this dashboard.
- Data sources: App store reviews, social media feedback, NPS surveys, dashboards, customer service conversations
- Responsible for collecting and organising these feedbacks and improving products based on these in collaboration with product managers.
- Develop and manage metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and customer engagement.
- Owner of Playmate dashboard, askes for required visualisations and reports. Presents insights on the weekly meeting and leads the brainstorming for solutions.
- Owner of Engagement Product Scorecard targets and achievement against them. Presents in the weekly engagement meeting.
- Conduct regular user research to understand customer needs and behaviours.
- Prepares the roadmap for qualitative feedback process
- Direct surveys to different segments like playmate trial users, paid users, cancelling users, users who don’t upgrade to paid version etc.
- User research sessions, direct or with a partner like UXbert
- Analyze competitive landscape, market trends to inform product strategies.
- Understanding UX, features and monetization methods of other gaming apps and matchmaking apps in different verticals and regions to assess the fit to our market and users.
- Collaborate with product managers and key stakeholders to prioritise product features based on the derived insights.
- Design and implement surveys, A/B tests, and other methodologies to gather feedback and reduce uncertainties in product decisions.
- Present clear and concise insights to stakeholders, influencing the product roadmap and strategy.
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to identify data collection needs and tools.
- Guide the implementation of data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
- Influence automated CRM journeys to optimise the funnel and achieve higher conversions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a product insights or similar role, with a track record of leveraging data to drive significant business impact.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to derive insights from large data sets.
- Familiarity with qualitative research methods, such as user interviews, focus groups, and usability studies.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Data Studio, etc.
- Experience with statistical software (e.g., R, Python) and database query languages (SQL).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the product life cycle and the ability to influence product strategy and roadmap.
