Procurement Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented candidate based in KSA with exceptional multitasking and time management skills. The ideal candidate should be sociable, with strong oral and written communication abilities to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. A dependable self-starter, the candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating flexibility in working hours. Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Primary Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this role include:

• Ensuring shelves and racks are properly stocked and maintained.
• Maintaining sufficient inventory levels for the Service Centre.
• Tracking and recording incoming and outgoing stock.
• Inspecting stock for discrepancies and damages and reporting them as necessary.
• Storing inventory in safe, designated locations.
• Packing shipments securely and ensuring proper documentation.
• Monitoring stock levels, reporting consumption, and requesting replacements.
• Conducting regular inventory checks, including quarterly, half-yearly, and annual counts.
• Keeping the store clean, safe, and well-organized.

Additional responsibilities include supporting procurement processes, managing storerooms, and executing inventory management tasks.

Job Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Solid understanding of store and warehouse operations.
• Excellent time management skills and adaptability.
• Prior experience in a similar role (preferred).
• Intermediate English proficiency in both speaking and writing.
