Founded in 1990 and has since established itself as a leader in the seafood industry within the Kingdom. With over 35 years of experience, the group has garnered a significant presence and reputation.

The group mainly focuses on importing and distributing a diverse range of seafood products. This has led to its emergence as one of the largest importers and distributors in the seafood industry. The group operates through six branches/offices in key cities across the Kingdom, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Madinah, Jizan, Abha, and Tabuk. Along with offices in the UAE, we contribute to our regional distribution efforts.

Role Description

Kheirat El Sayadeen Trading Co. is seeking a Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Procurement Officer, you will be pivotal in ensuring the uninterrupted flow of essential inputs and supplies for our high-quality seafood products. Responsibilities

· Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform procurement decisions in the seafood industry.

· Negotiate contracts with seafood suppliers to secure optimal pricing and favorable terms, and guarantee consistent availability of high-quality products.

· Maintain regular and effective communication with suppliers to promptly confirm orders and address any procurement-related concerns.

· Keep meticulous records of procurement activities, and contracts, and monitor supplier performance to uphold quality standards.

· Develop and execute a monthly procurement plan to ensure timely supply and delivery of top-grade seafood products.

· Collaborate closely with internal teams to gain insights into their procurement needs and provide timely support.

· Ensure precise and punctual payments by cross-referencing purchase orders and contracts with shipments, maintaining financial integrity.

· Evaluate and negotiate contracts to achieve the lowest possible cost, while upholding quality and reliability standards.

· Any other work that arises or is assigned by management.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

· Proficiency in English (Arabic language is a plus).

· Minimum of 1 year of professional experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the seafood sector.

· Immediate availability to join.

· Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Computer Literacy (Mainly Excel; Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook are a plus).

· Time management skills, Organizing, and prioritizing.
