Procurement Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to achieve optimal results.
2. Identify and establish profitable partnerships with suppliers and external organizations.
3. Negotiate terms and agreements with vendors to secure advantageous deals.
4. Oversee contract management and handle pre and post-award activities.
Approve and finalize purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
5. Assess and review existing contracts to ensure their effectiveness and value.
Create and sustain a world-class supply base through continuous value enhancement.
6.Track and report on key metrics to minimize expenses and boost procurement effectiveness.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify specifications and expectations.
8. Anticipate shifts in negotiating dynamics and prepare control strategies accordingly.
9. Implement risk management strategies for supply contracts and agreements.
10. Drive cost control initiatives and foster a culture of long-term savings in procurement.
11. Manage budgets for procurement categories and procurement activities.

Requirements:
1. 7 to 10 years of proven experience in procurement and sourcing operations.
2. In-depth knowledge of procurement techniques, market analysis, and negotiation strategies.
3. Strong relationship management skills with suppliers and stakeholders.
4. Exceptional decision-making abilities and proficiency in data analysis.
5. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and effective team management.
6. Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP) and other procurement tools.

Desired Skills:
1. BSc degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Min. 7 to 10 years of proven experience in procurement and sourcing operations
