Our client, a leading consulting firm, is looking to hire experienced Principals/Directors for their Energy, Resources, and Industrials practice based in Riyadh. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an expert in strategy consulting, particularly within the Oil & Gas sector, with a deep understanding of the GCC markets.

As a Principal/Director, you will play a key role in driving strategic advisory engagements and business development across the region, with a focus on delivering transformative solutions to clients navigating the energy transition and optimizing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Client Engagement and Delivery:
-Lead engagements with regional clients, particularly in the Oil & Gas sector, providing tailored strategic advisory services.
-Develop and implement strategy roadmaps focused on enhancing operational efficiency, achieving sustainability goals, and managing the energy transition.
-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and senior leaders within the energy, resources, and industrials sectors.

Business Development:
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the GCC region, leveraging sector expertise in Oil & Gas and related industries.
-Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and drive the growth of the practice, offering innovative solutions that address emerging market challenges.
-Expand the firm’s footprint in the region by developing new strategies and frameworks for business growth and sector leadership.

Key Experience & Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, with a significant focus on the Oil & Gas sector within the energy, resources, and industrials domains.
-Proven track record of leading high-impact engagements and delivering measurable results for GCC-based clients.
-Strong background in strategy development, market entry, and large-scale transformation projects.
-Extensive network and experience in building strong relationships with senior stakeholders in the energy and industrials sectors.
-Excellent understanding of GCC market dynamics, regulatory environments, and regional business practices.
