Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Executive located in Riyadh. The Presales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, , sales, RFP responses, customer service, and effectively managing the presales cycle. The Presales Executive will work with sales and technical teams to deliver solutions tailored to clients' needs and negotiate contracts.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
  • Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
  • Managing the sales process by responding to RFI’s & RFP
  • Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation and sales
  • Experience with RFP/RFQ/RFI responses and negotiations
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience in Telecom or IT industries is mandatory
