About the job

  • Provide expert post sales customer service support to clients
  • Support customers in their adoption and utilization of software products
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to enhance the customer experience
  • Communicate with customers through email, phone, and online channels to identify and resolve issues
  • Interact closely with product teams to report issues and improve the design of new products
  • Attend regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with new product releases
  • Provide feedback to management regarding any identified trends in customer issues

  • Encryption Technology HSM (Thales)
  • EDR/NDR/Sandboxing (Trelix)
  • SIEM (Splunk/Logrythm/Qradar)
  • Firewalls/WAF (Fortinet/Palo Alto)
  • Vurnebality Management & Assessment (Tenable/Qualys/Trendmicro)
  • DLP & Data Classification (Symentic & Boldon James)
  • Digital Right Management (Seclore)
  • Threat Intelligence/SOAR (FortiSaor/Palo Alto/Recorded Future)
  • All Cisco Products (DNS/NAC/Network Routing & Switching)
  • PAM (Beyond Trust/Cyber Ark/Quest)
  • Code Review DAST/SAST solution
  • Proxy and Email Security (Symantec/Proofpoint)
  • 4 + Years of Experience in the post sales
