About the job
- Provide expert post sales customer service support to clients
- Support customers in their adoption and utilization of software products
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to enhance the customer experience
- Communicate with customers through email, phone, and online channels to identify and resolve issues
- Interact closely with product teams to report issues and improve the design of new products
- Attend regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with new product releases
- Provide feedback to management regarding any identified trends in customer issues

- DLP & Data Classification (Symentic & Boldon James)
- Digital Right Management (Seclore)
- Threat Intelligence/SOAR (FortiSaor/Palo Alto/Recorded Future)
- All Cisco Products (DNS/NAC/Network Routing & Switching)
- PAM (Beyond Trust/Cyber Ark/Quest)
- Code Review DAST/SAST solution
- Proxy and Email Security (Symantec/Proofpoint)
- 4 + Years of Experience in the post sales
