We are seeking a talented and experienced Projects Office Manager.

Finding a field expert who has worked on projects in urban heritage and designing a heritage studio that will serve the following studio: As a PMO, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing projects in urban heritage and heritage design studio. Advanced expertise in building conservation and restoration techniques, building sciences and materials.

Responsibilities

• a pioneering architectural studio in preserving urban heritage sites, with advanced experience in building preservation and restoration techniques, building sciences, and materials.
• the latest developments and best practices.
• with the respective department to understand their requirements.
• project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
• project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise.
• compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• regular updates to clients and stakeholders on project status and performance.
• project finances, including budget tracking and cost control measures.
• post-event evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
• and support junior project team members as needed.
