Description:
Your Main Responsibilities
- Perform product analysis and segmentation of Stock Keeping Units; Review and define SAP MRP parameters for CBS products.
- Issue purchase orders promptly and handle enquiries relating to lead time, delivery, etc.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure orders are confirmed promptly according to group’s established lead-time and shipments are arranged by suppliers on time and accurately.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to address issues which might impact delivery to customers
- Optimize product availability and delivery to customers according to agreed performance and stock target for CBS products
- Perform necessary actions relating to inventory slow movers, stock obsolesce, product return, product recall or quality issues
- Resolve Supplier’s Invoice discrepancy; perform any other adhoc tasks being assigned and provide guidance and support to the team when needed
Your background:
We imagine that you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree is desirable, minimum 3+ years’ experience in a planning environment or similar.
- Logistics knowledge is beneficial, but not a requirement.
- Professional Certificate such as APICS /CPIM is advantageous
- SAP experience will be beneficial
