Responsibilities

• Lead the project planning for construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines, managing all stages of the project life cycle.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and milestones.
• Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and cost control throughout the project phases.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of planners, ensuring best practices in project control.
• Monitor project progress, report to senior management, and recommend adjustments as necessary to meet project objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and resource management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
