Planning Engineer

Description:

The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, monitoring progress, and identifying potential risks and issues. This role requires a strong understanding of construction planning and scheduling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or other relevant software.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays.
• Analyze project schedules and identify critical path activities.
• Prepare and update project progress reports.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Develop and implement project recovery plans as needed.
• Conduct regular project reviews and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling, preferably in the finishing and fit-out industry.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or other relevant software.
