Responsibilities:

• Pilates Instruction:

• Conduct Pilates classes for individuals and groups, focusing on proper technique and form.
• Tailor workouts to accommodate various fitness levels and individual needs.

• Client Assessment:

• Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' fitness levels, goals, and any specific health considerations.
• Regularly evaluate progress and adjust training programs accordingly.

• Goal Setting:

• Collaborate with clients to set realistic and achievable fitness goals.
• Provide ongoing motivation and support to help clients stay committed to their wellness journey.

• Class Planning:

• Plan and design Pilates classes that offer variety and address different aspects of fitness.
• Integrate equipment and props effectively into workout routines.

• Health and Safety:

• Ensure a safe and clean workout environment.
• Monitor clients for proper form and technique to prevent injuries.

• Client Education:

• Educate clients on the principles of Pilates and its benefits.
• Provide guidance on incorporating Pilates into a holistic fitness routine.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized training program.
• Previous experience as a Pilates Trainer.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
