Personal Assistant/office Manager

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage executive schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.

Coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.

Assist with project management and support various teams as needed.

Maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Office Manager.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
