People Partner Manager

What you get to do in this role:

  • Provide People Partner support across the MEA region, (Saudi, South Africa, and UAE).
  • Be the voice of the region to ensure that HR initiatives are delivered in regionally relevant ways.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to assist with driving and executing initiatives aligned to the functional and regional Strategy.
  • Act as an organizer between the HR Business Partners and global Centres of Excellence to ensure that HR programs are aligned with internal client needs.
  • Provide HR policy, process, and/or program advice.
  • Coach managers through performance management situations and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Drive enablement and engagement with employee lifecycle initiatives such as annual compensation reviews, action planning and review of employee voice survey results, performance evaluation process, talent review, and succession planning processes.
  • Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting, and tasks as required with cross-functional HR / Partner teams, working on or leading projects/programs.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to partner on the implementation of local processes and drive continuous process improvement for scale.
  • Assist in driving communication and sharing of best practices across the People Partner team to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Work with leaders and employees on culture initiatives to drive high levels of engagement.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

  • Previous experience and knowledge of HR programs and processes (e.g., performance management, workforce planning, talent management)
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to form relationships with the business as a known trusted advisor
  • Ability to manage own time and workload, juggling conflicting priorities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess confidence in handling ambiguous and fluid situations
  • Good understanding of cultural and geographical differences and practices
  • Expert knowledge in local legislation and policy interpretation
  • Ability to navigate a global organisation and leverage centralised resources for the benefit of scale
